No, but you can contact your Landlord and speak to a member of staff in the Development Section who will be able to advise you.

I have paid my rent and it is a rent free week, can you help me?
No, but you can phone the helpline number on 08452 411747 where a member of staff will be able to help you.

I’m having problems with antisocial behaviour with my neighbours, can you give me some advice?
Contact the Antisocial Investigations and Support Team (ASIST) at SBHA Head Office on 0845 5211 845 and speak to a Member of staff, and you can also contact the Anti Social Behaviour Unit at Scottish Borders Council.

Can I report a repair?
No you must phone the free phone repairs number 0800 019 3222 to report a repair and arrange a suitable appointment for the tradesman to call.

I received my rent statement today, can you explain it to me?

Can you tell me if I’m entitled to any housing/welfare benefits?
No but you can contact SBHA’s Welfare Benefits Officer for advice or arrange an appointment on 01750 724444.

I was wondering if you could give me an update on my housing application?
Sorry, you will have to contact your local SBHA Office for information regarding your application.
